John Blood

Licensed USCG captain, John, grew up on the water in Freeport and Harpswell and attended University of Southern Maine.  After graduating from USM in 1992, John worked in marine construction in Southern Chile.  From his first job John has worked on the water, at various times as a dock hand, oyster farmer, dock master, and scuba diver.  In addition to Coastal Barge and Mooring, John enjoys running and time on the water with friends and family. Also small welding projects like custom cargo bikes.
